The Personal Assistant to the President on Constituency Affairs, Khadijat Kareem Omotayo, ha said about 40 million students have benefited from Federal Government’s loan scheme.
The presidential aide urged students who have not applied for the collateral-free loan to do so to enable them complete their education.
