Governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti has advised students to cultivate the habit of acquiring practical skills in addition to their academic pursuits to survive in the current increasingly competitive world.
Governor Otti advised while speaking at the second matriculation ceremony of the Nigerian British University in Asa, a border community between Abia and Rivers states.
